I had windows running perfectly and yesterday I decided to create a third partition and since I created it the windows partition is not showing anymore, I can only see it in the disk utility but I can't access to it

Can you use El Capitan has deleted my bootcamp windows partition as a reference and download Testdisk and GPT Fdisk, and start a Testdisk scan?

The "sudo" commands will prompt for your password, and it will not be echoed back. You may also see a warning about improper use of "sudo" and potential data loss due to "abuse" of the command.

If you are running El Capitan,
1. Boot into Local Recovery (Command+R) during power up.
2. Run Utilities -> Terminal.
3. Type csrutil disable and press return/enter.
4. Boot normally.
5. Type csrutil status in OSX Terminal and verify that is it disabled. If still enabled, repeat.
In OSX Terminal, enter your password if necessary.

I can't access to that mode, when i go into it it asks me for a wifi network and it isn't detecting mine

Command+R is Local Recovery, Command+Opt+R is Internet Recovery. If it is looking for a WiFi network, it seems your Local Recovery is corrupt.
Can you verify that your WiFi network meets the requirements as noted in OS X: About OS X Recovery - Apple Support ?

Unless you really want to get into the guts of the disk partitioning techniques, my suggestion is to use a product like Winclone, Terabyte Image for Linux (TBIL) CloneZilla or CampTune to clone and restore to a larger partition.
Manually expanding it requires the use of Gparted.
The simplest option would be to backup your files, remove BC/Windows (using BC Assistant only), and re-install Windows with a larger size. This is the Apple-recommended method.
